Foundations Classes
$1000 per student
This curriculum is designed for new managers stepping into leadership roles. Participants join 10 interactive group sessions that build essential leadership skills. New classes begin quarterly, providing regular opportunities to start your journey alongside peers from all industries. Foundations is a virtual program designed to be completed from the office or home. Participants should plan to be in session for two hours and have two hours of work outside of class each week.
Development Session
$140 per session
This 90-minute one-on-one session offers personalized guidance tailored to the unique leadership challenges faced on site and the new manager's professional development goals. Whether they have specific questions, need advice on managing the team, or want focused support to advance their career, this virtual coaching session is designed to help them gain clarity and confidence as a leader.
Cornerstone Session
$2400 per engagement
For this session, we come to you. In this group setting, participants learn effective prioritizing and planning techniques while developing skills to engage and collaborate with people who have different perspectives and backgrounds. The workshop fosters inclusive communication and teamwork strategies that help diverse teams work cohesively toward shared goals.
Attendance limits apply. Sessions range from 2 - 4 hours.
